Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vyne, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a church, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Vyne is a care and management platform for churches, with features such as member and visitor management, home groups, services, photo albums, selfie-based photo search (FaceX), prayer requests, Kids Ministry with check-in and a public page. Vyne does not process tithes, offerings or any member payments.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Each email belongs to a single church. We strongly recommend enabling two-step authentication for administrative accounts.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in Brazilian reais (R$) according to the chosen plan. We offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime; there is no setup fee. Plan prices and features are those shown on the current pricing page.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to upload content that infringes third-party rights or the law, and not to attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the service.

Member, visitor, child, photo and other content entered by the church remains owned by the church and the respective data subjects. The church is responsible for having a legal basis to process this data and for obtaining the necessary consents, especially regarding children's data and FaceX biometric data.

You grant Vyne a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service.

The platform, its brand, software, design and proprietary content are owned by Vyne and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in the platform to you.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or use that endangers the platform or third parties, with prior notice where applicable.

The platform is provided "as is". We strive to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyne is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after material changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. The competent courts of the Ajman Free Zone / the United Arab Emirates are elected to resolve disputes, unless the law provides otherwise.
